WALLS: Profile-planed two- or three-layered gluelam beams with window and door openings, holes for dowels, tenon joints, slat quirks for window- and door-installation. Exceptionally, it is possible to make longer than 6m wall beams from massive timber. Therefore longer walls with fewer joints can be made.
OUTER WALLS: To install additional insulation to the outer walls of the dwellings it is possible to order carcass beams and wall beams imitating ploughed-and-tongued boarding. In such case the thickness of the carcass is made according to the wishes of the customer.
INNER WALLS: The walls between the rooms can be constructed as framed walls. In such case the supply set includes the framework of the walls and profile boarding. In such case it is possible to cover the walls with gypsum or sawdust baseboard which can later be plated with glazed tile. Glazed tiles are not included in the delivery set.
WINDOWS: Several sizes, with crossing astragals or different kinds of false slats and frames or without glass division. The frames and jambs of the windows are made from three-layer gluelam and processed with Remmers special wood preservative. Windows are glazed with glass blocks and usually fitted with two-way opening systems. Insulation windows are usually supplied with a locking system by the German company ROTO, which allows them to be opened in two directions. The windows are insulated and can be opened from one position.
ROOF: rafters (ca 45*195 mm) with 600 mm spacing, eaves- and wind-boards, match-boarding (ca 19*100 mm ), intermediate boards, roof battens ( ca 25*45 mm ).
ROOF COVER: not included in the set. We recommend roof tiles.
INSERTED CEILING: girders, match boarding (ca 12*100 or 19*100 mm), floor joists (ca 45*195 mm min.), floor match boarding (ca 28*100 mm).
BALCONY: girders, pressure impregnated floor boarding (28*100 mm), balcony railing.
FRONT DOOR: massive gluelam door, finishing similar to that of the windows, heat-insulated, complete with a lock and handle if requested. Usually with ROTO system.
INSIDE DOORS: completely finished gluelam doors with panels, supplied with insulating material to prevent sound from passing through, gluelam door-frames, peripheral boards, complete with a lock and handle if requested.
FLOORING: floor joists ground floor (e.g. 45*145 mm, 45*95 mm), match boarding (e.g. 28*100 mm).
STAIRCASE: pine/fir gluelam, steps edged with hard timber, banister with angular crossbars and railing for landing.
DRAWINGS: ground plans, detailed wall plans, foundation plans, completing drawings, specifications of materials. Complete installation drawings.
METAL FITTINGS: supplied according to specifications: threaded bolts, nuts, washers, lowering screws, continuous slabs, sliders of rafters, special screws with a sleeve device for installing windows and doors.
PACKAGING: timber parts will be packed in accordance with enclosed lists.
TRANSPORT: provided by us upon request.
